Our account executive and customer service representatives are "real live" people with names like Larry and Sheila. One of them will be assigned to your account, and will get to know you and your business. In the unlikely event you have a problem, or just have a question, call Larry or Sheila. In the event they're off (yes, most of them have families, too), another real live person will answer your call twenty-four hours a day and help you right away. We promise! And if you'd like some excellent advice about how to make your telecommunications more effective and cost-efficient, we'll provide that too.

Because without our customers' trust, we're not going to be in business long. And frankly, we love what we do.
